The First Flame Ministry, and its auxiliaries (The Original Medicine and Her Many Faces), are dedicated to rekindling the ever burning flame of Love in all living things.

Prayer is a foundational and non-negotiable practice.
We aim to provide a safe space to explore and express what rarely finds its way to the surface for healing. This is a confidential space and all information shared here with any one of our spiritual guides is placed on the Holy altar with great respect, prayer and reverence.
Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk
By participating in any session, class, event, or service (“Services”) offered by The First Flame and its auxiliaries, a faith-based healing arts ministry, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Nature of Services
I understand that the Services provided by The First Flame are offered as part of a spiritual and holistic ministry. These Services may include prayer, meditation, energy work, intuitive guidance, spiritual counseling, and other healing arts practices intended to support personal and spiritual growth.
I understand that these Services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or other professional care, and that no diagnosis, treatment, or prescription is provided. - Voluntary Participation
I acknowledge that my participation in any Services is entirely voluntary. I am free to discontinue participation at any time. - Assumption of Risk
I understand and accept that participation in the Services may involve emotional release, energetic shifts, or other subjective experiences. I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with my participation. - Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, indemnify, and hold harmless The First Flame and its auxiliaries, its ministers, facilitators, volunteers, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to my participation in the Services.
This includes, without limitation, any claims alleging negligence, omission, or breach of duty, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. - No Guarantee of Results
I understand that the Ministry does not guarantee specific outcomes or results and that my experience depends on personal factors beyond the control of the facilitators. - Acknowledgment of Understanding
I have read this Release of Liability and fully understand its terms. I acknowledge that I am signing it freely and voluntarily, and I intend for it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law. By entering into any service administered by the First Flame I have automatically agreed to the above conditions.
